Ryan came to visit me this weekend and we had fun walking around the land with the dogs and shooting clay pigeons with the other PA student staying here and his family. Thanks for coming to visit sweetie, see ya in 5 weeks!!! :)
My psych rotation finally ended (yay!) and now I am in Gillette, WY doing OB/GYN. It has been interesting so far and I am already learning a lot! Here's some pics of the place I am staying at (thanks Dr. Barnes and Jeanette for the free housing! I have already heard coyotes and seen lots of antelope!) and the office. Ryan is coming to visit this weekend so I will post some more pics soon!
Ryan and I went home for Christmas to Utah this year. We had so much fun seeing our families and were amazed at how fast all of the kids had grown! Thanks for the fun time everyone!!! Miss you all already!
Ryan and I had a good Thanksgiving this year even though we both missed our families! Ryan cooked the enormous turkey and put up Christmas lights while I made the pies and potatoes! We both got boots for each other for Christmas (I know we are early but we always do that!) and they are actually more comfortable than I thought they would be! Gotta love 2 for 1 and $15 off at Boot Barn! I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving!!!!
My new rotation in Casper Wyoming has started!! Here's some pics of the place I am staying and the Wyoming Behavioral Institute sign! (I couldn't find a place to take an overview shot of the city yet.....) It has been very interesting so far and it's only the first day so I'm sure there will be plenty of stories to come! The place I am at specializes in kids/teens which after the first day I can see will be a challenge for me but hopefully I learn a lot!
Ryan and I have moved to Billings, Montana so I could start PA school. We have lived here for over a year now and really enjoy being in a new place! Ryan is working as a diesel mechanic and enjoys working with semi-trucks every day. He is now shop foreman and takes care of the night shift workers from 12-9 p.m. I have been in the PA program for over a year now (7 more months till my Master's degree!) and am loving everything I am learning! We have two dogs that are our kids :) and miss our families back home in Utah! Hope you enjoy our blog!
